Returns Policy

At Nicbel Motor Spares, we are committed to supplying quality motor spares, engines, and automotive components. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a fair returns process subject to the terms below.
7-Day Inspection Period
Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery or collection to inspect purchased items and report any issues.
Products must remain:
- Uninstalled
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
Once an engine or spare part has been installed, fitted, modified, or used, it may no longer qualify for return unless covered under an applicable warranty.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be unused and uninstalled
- Item must be returned in its original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, and components must be included
- Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided
- Return authorisation must be obtained before returning goods
- Product must be properly packaged for transport
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The engine or spare part has been installed or used
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery or collection
- Product has been tampered with, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Electrical components or sensors have been fitted or tested
- Special-order or customer-requested parts
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or installation
- Clearance or "as is" items unless defective upon delivery
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Our Team
Contact Nicbel Motor Spares within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue and request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

2. Prepare the Product
Securely package the item to prevent damage during transport. Original packaging should be used where possible.
3. Return or Arrange Collection
Our team will advise whether the item should be delivered to our premises or collected through an arranged courier service. The RA number must accompany the returned item.
4. Inspection and Refund
Returned products will be inspected within a reasonable period after receipt. Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection confirmation.
Return Shipping Costs
Incorrect Item Supplied
If we supplied the incorrect engine or spare part, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and arrange either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
Change of Mind
For change-of-mind returns:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may apply where necessary
Refund Methods
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify the delivery driver immediately where possible
- Take clear photographs of the damage
- Contact us as soon as possible after delivery
We will work with the courier or freight provider to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Warranty Claims
Products covered under warranty will be handled according to the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty terms. Warranty claims may require inspection before approval.
